Building History and Design

This impressive building was constructed in 1913. It stands eight stories tall and is made from brick and hollow tiles. The building was designed in the Renaissance Revival style. This style often uses ideas from old Roman and Greek architecture, making buildings look grand and classic. It was originally built for the Beebe and Runyan Furniture Company.

Modern Updates and Features

Years later, in 2007, the building got a big makeover. An architecture company called Leo A. Daly Sr. helped turn it into modern apartments called condominiums. This project cost about $10 million and was finished by the Boca Development Company.

The building now has many cool features. It includes special windows that keep heat in or out, and floors made from reclaimed maple wood. Inside, you can see the original brick walls and exposed ceiling beams. It also has energy-saving features like heat pumps, which are great for the environment.
