Belson Run is a small stream, about 2.55 miles (4.1 kilometers) long, located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. It's a "first-order tributary," which means it's one of the smallest streams that flows into a larger one. Belson Run eventually joins Sewickley Creek. This particular stream is unique because it's the only one with the name "Belson Run" in the entire United States!
