Bernard McEveety's Work in TV and Film

Bernard McEveety spent most of his career directing TV shows. But he also directed some feature films. He directed movies such as The Brotherhood of Satan and Ride Beyond Vengeance. He also helped with parts of another horror film, The Return of Dracula.

One of his biggest TV jobs was directing 31 episodes of the series Combat!. He also directed actress Jodie Foster in her very first movie. This was Disney's Napoleon and Samantha.

He also produced the TV series Cimarron Strip. He often directed episodes of that show too. Bernard McEveety directed many popular Western TV series. These include Rawhide, Gunsmoke, and Bonanza. He also worked on The Virginian and The Big Valley. He directed the miniseries How the West Was Won.

His other directing work includes many well-known TV shows. Some of these are In the Heat of the Night and Airwolf. He also directed episodes of Knight Rider and The Fall Guy. Other shows he worked on include The Incredible Hulk and The Dukes of Hazzard. He also directed for Charlie's Angels.

Bernard McEveety passed away in Encino, Los Angeles, California. He was 79 years old. He was survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
