Beverly Hills Teens is an exciting animated TV show from America. It was made by DIC Animation City. The show first aired from September 21 to December 18, 1987. There was one big season with 65 episodes, each about 30 minutes long.

After its first run, the show was often re-aired with other cartoons like Maxie's World. Sometimes, it was even called Beverly Hills Teen Club. The show was created by Jack Olesker, Michael Maliani, and Barry O'Brien. It was about a group of super-rich teenagers living in Beverly Hills, California. They had huge houses, fancy cars, and even yachts! But they still dealt with normal teen stuff like school, friends, and crushes. In 1989, the show was nominated for a "Best Animated Series" award.

Meet the Beverly Hills Teens!

The story of Beverly Hills Teens takes place in the famous city of Beverly Hills, California. It follows a group of wealthy teenagers, all around 16 years old, who are part of a special "Teen Club." They hang out in amazing places like their huge high school, a fancy country club, a cool salon and spa, and the famous shopping street, Rodeo Drive.

The main character is Larke. She's a kind and friendly blonde-haired girl who is also a fashion model. Her boyfriend is Troy, a handsome and nice guy. All the other girls often have crushes on him!

But not everyone is happy for Larke and Troy. Bianca, a girl with dark hair, sees Larke as her biggest rival. She wants to be the best at everything, from starring in the school play to being Homecoming Queen. Most of all, she wants Troy's attention! Pierce, a boy who thinks he's a ladies' man, also doesn't like Larke and Troy together. Bianca and Pierce often team up to cause trouble and try to break up Larke and Troy, and other friendships too.

Other friends in the Teen Club include Jett, a cool rocker girl, and Blaze, a cowgirl. Nikki is an aspiring actress, and Tara is a sweet southern belle. Shanelle is the president of the Teen Club, and Switchboard writes all the gossip. The boys include Gig, a rocker, Radley, a surfer, and Buck Huckster, who loves to promote himself. Bianca's chauffeur, Wilshire, is also around.

Two younger kids often join the teens: Chester, a super smart boy, and Jillian, Pierce's little sister. And don't forget the pets! Larke's cat "Tiara" and Bianca's poodle "Empress" are always fighting, which adds a lot of funny slapstick moments to the show.
