Bianca Baptiste was born in England in 1992. Her family has roots in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. She started playing football in the youth teams at Arsenal. Later, she moved to Enfield Town. She played for their under-16 team before joining their main team for the 2008–09 season.
Time at Tottenham Hotspur
Bianca is an attacker, meaning she focuses on scoring goals. She played for Tottenham Hotspur for ten years. During this time, the team was semi-professional. This means some players had other jobs besides football.
In 2017, Tottenham Hotspur had a great season. Bianca was their top goal scorer. The team won the 2016–17 FA Women's Premier League Southern Division title. Bianca also scored two goals in a big play-off game. This win helped Tottenham Hotspur get promoted to a higher league, the FA WSL 2.

In July 2022, Bianca moved to Watford. She joined them for their 2022–2023 season. She played for Watford for two seasons.
