She then moved to Enfield Town, where she quickly progressed from the under-16s team to the main first team for the 2008–09 season.

Success at Tottenham Hotspur

Baptiste spent nearly a decade, from 2010 to 2019, playing for Tottenham Hotspur. As an attacker, she was a key part of the team's success.

In the 2016–17 season, she was the team's top goal scorer. Her goals helped Tottenham win the FA Women's Premier League Southern Division title. In 2019, Tottenham was promoted again to the top division of women's football. The team decided to become fully professional, which meant big changes. Unfortunately, Baptiste was not offered a new professional contract, along with several other teammates. This was a difficult time for her, but she didn't give up. With support, she found a new team at Crystal Palace, another club in London.

At Crystal Palace, Baptiste proved she was still a top player. During the 2020–21 season, she played 25 times and scored an impressive 14 goals. She had many standout moments.
