What is Binny and the Ghost About?
Binny is a 13-year-old girl who moves with her family from Hamburg to Berlin. They move into an old, empty house. But Binny soon finds out the house isn't empty at all! A ghost named Melchior lives in her room. Melchior was born in the year 1900. He doesn't remember why he's a ghost or what happened to his family.
Binny and Melchior are very different, but they have to work together. Binny wants to help Melchior find out about his past. This is the only way he can stop being a ghost. As they try to solve Melchior's mystery, they get into lots of exciting and sometimes dangerous situations. They help both people and other ghosts. These other ghosts are stuck in the human world until they finish their last important task.
There are also "Watch Hunters" who try to stop Binny and Melchior. These hunters don't want them to learn the truth about special magical watches and the world of spirits.
