Park Jun-young (Hangul: 박준영; born February 29, 1980), known as Bizzy (Hangul: 비지), is a South Korean rapper. He is part of the hip-hop group MFBTY. Bizzy is also connected to YDG's Yucka Squad and the hip-hop crew The Movement. He became well-known after performing with Tiger JK from Drunken Tiger. He later appeared on Drunken Tiger's 6th album.

Bizzy's Early Life and Music Journey

Bizzy was born in New Zealand on February 29, 1980. When he was seven, he moved to Washington, D.C., in the United States. There, his uncle and family introduced him to East Coast hip hop music. In 1995, he went to a music school in New Zealand. He used what he learned to become a DJ at local clubs. Later, he was accepted into The School of Audio Engineering.

In 2001, Bizzy moved to South Korea. He tried out for different music companies. Most companies wanted him to be a backup singer or a guest rapper for K-pop groups. But Bizzy wanted to be a rapper, so he said no to these offers. During this time, he met Yang Dong Gun (YDG). He joined YDG's hip-hop group, Yucka Squad. Later, he also joined another hip-hop group called The Movement. A member of The Movement, Sean2Slow, noticed that Bizzy was "always busy." This is how he got his stage name, Bizzy.

In 2002, Bizzy recorded his first song, "We Movin' In." It was part of rapper Smokie J's album, "The Konexion." Bizzy became more active in Yucka Squad, working as both a rapper and a DJ. When DJ Shine left Drunken Tiger, Tiger JK asked Bizzy to join as a DJ and a supporting performer. At first, Bizzy just filled in for DJ Shine's parts during shows. But soon, he started helping to produce songs and was featured on Drunken Tiger's 6th album. In 2006, he signed with Jungle Entertainment. He released his own mini-album, called an EP, titled Bizzionary, in 2008.

In 2012, Bizzy recorded his first song for a TV show soundtrack, "Nu Hero." This song was for a drama called Hero, which starred his old friend, YDG. Until 2013, Bizzy mostly performed alone, often with Drunken Tiger and Yoon Mi-Rae. But then, the three decided to form a group called MFBTY. They released their first digital mini-album, "Sweet Dream," in January 2013.

In July 2013, MFBTY left Jungle Entertainment and started their own new music company, Feel Ghood Music. In September, MFBTY became part of the Drunken Tiger name. Then, Drunken Tiger's 9th album, "The Cure," was released.

Bizzy: Songwriter and Featured Artist

Bizzy is well-known for working with Drunken Tiger and MFBTY. But he also writes many songs, produces music, and appears as a guest artist for other famous Korean artists. Early in his career, he worked with Movement rapper YDG on YDG's first three albums. Working with YDG led him to collaborate with other Movement rappers like Leessang, Jungin, and Bobby Kim. He has also worked with artists outside of hip-hop. For example, in 2011, he worked with former 2PM member Jay Park on the song "휵갔어." He also collaborated with G.O.D member Son Hoyoung on his song "Pretty But Hateful 예쁘고 미웠다."

Bizzy continues to write and appear on songs for other artists. Some of his recent works include Yoon Gun’s "Today is a Rainy Day," Kim Wan Sun’s "Goodbye My Love," and Yuna Kim's "Without You Now."
