Blackwater is a native village and a census-designated place (CDP) located in Pinal County, Arizona, United States. A CDP is a special area that the government defines for counting people, but it's not an official town or city. Blackwater is part of the Gila River Reservation.
In 2010, about 1,062 people lived in Blackwater. By 2020, the population grew to 1,190 people.
