The Blainville-Boisbriand Armada is a Canadian junior ice hockey team. They play in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). The team is based in Boisbriand, Quebec, Canada. They play their home games at the Centre d'Excellence Sports Rousseau.

Team History: From Fog Devils to Armada
The Armada team has an interesting past. It first started as the St. John's Fog Devils. This was a team in Newfoundland.
Moving to Montreal
Later, the team was sold. The new owners wanted to move it to Montreal. For the 2008–09 season, it became the Montreal Junior Hockey Club.
Becoming the Armada
In June 2011, the QMJHL approved another sale. A group led by former NHL player Joël Bouchard bought the team. They moved it to Boisbriand, Quebec. This happened for the 2011–12 season. On July 12, 2011, the team showed off its new name, logo, and colors. That's when they officially became the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada!
Coaching Changes
In 2018, Joël Bouchard left the Armada. He had been their head coach and general manager. He was hired by the Montreal Canadiens team. He went to coach their minor league team, the Laval Rocket. This was for the 2018–19 season.

Top Seasons and Playoff Runs
The Armada has often been a strong team. In their first season (2011–12), they finished first in their division. They continued to do well in the following years. They often made it deep into the playoffs. For example, in the 2016–17 season, they reached the league finals. They also made it to the finals in the 2017–18 season. These were very successful years for the team.
Recent Performance
The team continues to compete in the QMJHL. They aim to make the playoffs each year. Like all sports teams, they have good seasons and challenging ones. They always work hard to improve.
