Blair Flats, also known as the Blair Arcade Building, is a historic residential building in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It was designed in 1887 by architects Hermann Kretz and William H. Thomas. The building is located where Western Avenue and Selby Avenue meet.

Before SubText, another independent bookstore was in the same spot. It was called Common Good Books. This store was owned by a well-known Minnesotan, Garrison Keillor.
