The Boundary Range, also known as the Boundary Mountains, is a group of mountains located right along the border between two countries: Canada and the United States. Specifically, it sits between the Canadian province of British Columbia and the American state of Alaska.
This mountain range is actually a smaller part of a much larger group of mountains called the Boundary Ranges. These larger ranges stretch for a long distance along the border.
Where is the Boundary Range Located?
The Boundary Range is found west of the lower part of the Stikine River. This river flows through both British Columbia and Alaska.
Glaciers Near the Range
The Boundary Range is located between two important glaciers. To the south, you'll find the Mud Glacier. To the north, there is the Flood Glacier. Glaciers are huge, slow-moving rivers of ice.
