Early Career in Croatia
He began with Croatia Zagreb from 1994 to 1997. After that, he played for Hrvatski Dragovoljac from 1997 to 1999, where he played in 44 matches.
Playing Abroad
Branko then moved to Asia, joining Ulsan Hyundai in South Korea in 1999. In 2000, he was loaned to Shonan Bellmare in Japan, where he played 18 games and scored 1 goal.
After his time in Asia, he returned to Croatia to play for Čakovec from 2001 to 2002. He then moved to Hungary to play for Győri ETO in 2002, scoring 3 goals in 15 games.
Later Career and Achievements
From 2003 to 2004, Branko played for NK Zagreb back in Croatia. He then moved to Singapore to join Tampines Rovers from 2004 to 2005. This was a successful period for him, as his team won a major league title.
