Freshman Year Success (2011)
In 2011, as a freshman, Brian played in 12 games. He started eight of them as a free safety. He was also used in special defensive plays. Brian finished fifth on the team with 55 tackles. This was one of the best tackle counts for a freshman in Tennessee history.
Overcoming Injury (2012-2013)
Brian's 2012 season was cut short. He got injured in the third game against the Florida Gators. The injury ended his season early. He was then granted a redshirt year.

He was second on the team with 75 tackles. He also led the team with four interceptions. He defended seven passes, which was third best on the team.
Strong Seasons (2014-2015)
In 2014, as a redshirt junior, Brian had another good season. He played in all 13 games and started 11 of them. He finished third on the team with 88 tackles. He also had two interceptions and defended five passes. Brian recovered a fumble in the 2015 TaxSlayer Bowl. Tennessee won that game against Iowa.
In his final season in 2015, Brian started all 13 games. He was a key player in the team's defense. He finished second on the team with 70 tackles. He also defended five passes and had two interceptions. Brian forced one fumble during the season. He made nine tackles and broke up a crucial pass against #19 Georgia. Professional Football Career
After college, Brian Randolph signed with the Los Angeles Rams. He joined them as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2016. This means he wasn't chosen in the NFL Draft but signed with a team afterward.
Unfortunately, Brian tore his ACL (a knee ligament) in his first preseason game. He was then placed on injured reserve on August 15, 2016. This meant he couldn't play for the rest of that season. On June 21, 2017, the Rams decided to release Brian from the team.
