Brinn's Junior Gymnastics Career

Brinn Bevan started showing his amazing skills early in his career.

Winning Gold at European Championships

In 2012, Brinn was part of the junior team that won a gold medal. This victory happened at the European Gymnastics Championships in Montpelier.

In 2014, he was again chosen for the junior team. They competed at the European Gymnastics Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria. Brinn helped his team win another gold medal. He also won individual silver medals on the parallel bars and still rings. He earned a bronze medal in the all-around competition. His teammate, Nile Wilson, won the gold in that event.

Brinn's Senior Gymnastics Career

First Senior Competitions and Medals

In 2015, Brinn made his senior debut at the European Games in Baku. He showed off his strength on the pommel horse. He won a bronze medal in this event.

Later that year, he competed at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Glasgow, Scotland. Brinn helped the team qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games. The team then went on to win a silver medal in the team finals. This was a historic moment for British men's gymnastics. It was their first team medal ever at the World Championships.

Overcoming Challenges

On November 21, 2015, Brinn had an accident while training on the vault. He broke two bones in his left leg. He needed surgery and many months of physical therapy to recover.

Despite this challenge, Brinn worked hard to get back to his best. On July 12, 2016, he was selected for the British Olympic team. He joined other top gymnasts like Louis Smith, Nile Wilson, Kristian Thomas, and Max Whitlock.

British and Northern European Success
