Brittney Miller was born in 1974 in Detroit, Michigan. Her father was a police sergeant. Her mother worked for the U.S. Army.
Brittney went to college and earned several degrees. She studied at Saginaw Valley State University and Oakland University. She also got a teaching degree from Sierra Nevada College. Before becoming a politician, Ms. Miller was a teacher. She taught at Canarelli Middle School in the Clark County School District.
