They serve many yummy sides like fried okra, fries, mashed potatoes, corn nuggets, and macaroni and cheese. You can also get their famous sweet or unsweet iced tea by the gallon.
The Story of Bush's Chicken
Bush's Chicken started in 1996 in Waco, Texas. It was founded by Keith Bush.
Over the years, the company grew and changed owners a few times. In 2005, it was sold to Hammock Partners, L.L.C. The main office moved to Austin that year.
Later, in 2011, Keith Bush's son, Corey Bush, bought three of the restaurants. In 2015, after another change in ownership, the main office moved back to Waco.
