Béatrice Arnac was the daughter of Marcel Arnac, a well-known cartoonist. She was also the niece of Marie Gallaud, an explorer.

In 1962, Béatrice Arnac won a special award called the Grand Prize of the Académie Charles Cros. This award recognized her amazing talent as a singer. She performed 22 songs written by famous poets and writers like Paul Éluard and Arthur Rimbaud. She also acted in a play called Le Bel indifférent.

Béatrice performed at famous places like the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées. She also appeared on a television show called La Chance aux chansons. One of her notable film roles was in La Traversée de Paris, which came out in 1956.

Béatrice Arnac passed away in Castels et Bézenac, France, on October 5, 2020, at the age of 89.
