Ricardo Frederico Rodrigues Antunes, known to many as Cadu, is a Brazilian football expert. He used to be a professional football player, playing as a midfielder. Today, he is a respected coach and works as an assistant manager for the famous Brazilian club Fluminense.

Cadu's Playing Career

Cadu was born on January 1, 1974, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He started his football journey early, joining the youth team of Fluminense. This club became a very important part of his career.

Early Years at Fluminense

Cadu played for Fluminense's main team from 1994 to 1998. During these years, he played in 114 matches and scored one goal. This showed his dedication and skill as a midfielder.

Playing for Other Clubs

After his time at Fluminense, Cadu played for several other clubs. In 1999, he played for Bahia in Brazil. Later that same year, he moved to Japan to play for Kawasaki Frontale. He played four matches for them and scored one goal.

He continued his career playing for clubs like America-RJ in 2000 and Madureira in 2001. He also played for Cabofriense in 2004, Volta Redonda in 2006, and Ceilândia in 2007. Towards the end of his playing career, he joined Duque de Caxias from 2008 to 2009.

Since 2023, Cadu has been working as an assistant manager for the main Fluminense team. This role allows him to help guide the club's top players. He continues to contribute to the sport he loves.
