Carabias is a small village located in Spain. It is part of the larger municipality of Sigüenza, which is found in the province of Guadalajara within the region of Castile–La Mancha.

Carabias is a very quiet place with only a few people living there permanently. Usually, about eight people call it home. However, during holidays and weekends, many more visitors come to enjoy the village, making it much livelier.

The Salvador Church

One of the most important buildings in Carabias is the Iglesia del Salvador, which means "Church of the Savior." This church was built in the romanic style. Romanesque architecture is an old European style known for its thick walls, round arches, and sturdy look. The church in Carabias dates back to the 18th century.

The Neoclassical Fountain

Right in front of the Salvador Church, you will find a beautiful fountain. This fountain is built in the neoclassical style. Neoclassical architecture became popular in the 18th century and was inspired by ancient Greek and Roman designs. It often features simple, elegant lines and grand structures.
