Carlos Galindo's Football Journey
Starting Young: Youth Teams
Carlos Galindo began his football journey in 2015 at the Club Atlas youth academy. He then moved to a third-division team called Mulos del Club Deportivo Oro, where he played 29 games. Carlos continued to grow his skills with the Tigres UANL Reserves and Academy, playing for their U-17 and U-20 teams.
After playing for the Atlas youth system, Carlos later played six games with the Tigres under-20 team in the 2019–20 season. He was later released from the team. Because of this, Carlos thought about giving up his dream of becoming a professional player. However, he got a big chance on August 14, 2020. He was signed as an emergency replacement for the main Liga MX team, Tigres UANL. This happened because their two main goalkeepers were not able to play, and both under-20 goalkeepers were injured. Carlos made his Liga MX debut just two days later. In that game, his team lost 3–2 against Toluca.
Professional Club Appearances
Carlos has played for several professional clubs. After his time with Tigres UANL, he was loaned to Sonora in 2021. He also played for Cimarrones de Sonora Premier in 2022. From 2022 to 2024, Carlos played for Chihuahua. Since 2024, he has been playing for Pioneros de Cancún.
