Center Ice Arena is a popular ice rink located in Delmont, Pennsylvania. It opened in 1997 and is a busy place for hockey and skating. Many teams call it home, from high school to college level.
What is Center Ice Arena?
Center Ice Arena has three large ice rinks. These rinks are the same size as those used in the National Hockey League (NHL). It is a training ground for many young athletes.
The arena is home to several teams. Eight different high school hockey teams play here. One college team also uses the rinks for practice and games. An amateur team also calls Center Ice Arena its home.
Summer Fun: Roller Skating
During the summer months, one of the rinks changes. The Allegheny Arena, which was added in 2003, becomes a roller rink. This means you can enjoy roller skating when the ice is gone. It's a fun way to stay active in the warmer weather.
