Exploring Cerro Ramada

Cerro Ramada is part of a larger group of mountains. It is known for its challenging climbs and beautiful views. The mountain's location in the Andes makes it a significant landmark in the region.

First Climbs and New Routes

The very first time people successfully climbed to the top of Cerro Ramada was in 1934. A group of climbers from Poland made this historic first ascent. When they reached the summit, they built a small pile of stones, called a cairn, to mark their achievement.

Years later, in 2013, a German climber named Florian Hill found a new way to climb the mountain. He created a direct path up the northwest side of Cerro Ramada. This new route offered a different and exciting challenge for future climbers.
