You'll see Lake Silver, Spring Lake, Lake Ida, and Lake Conine. The trail ends near Lake Rochelle and US Highway 92. It's a great way to explore the area and enjoy nature.
A Bit of History
Did you know this trail used to be a railroad? Long ago, it was part of the South Florida Railroad. This specific part was called the Bartow Branch. Later, it became part of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. Over time, trains stopped using this route. Now, instead of trains, people can enjoy the path for recreation! It's a cool example of how old railway lines can be turned into new public spaces.
