The Changsha Metro is a fast train system in Changsha, a big city in China. Changsha is the capital of Hunan province. It's like an underground railway that helps people travel quickly around the city.
The first metro line, called Line 2, started running on April 29, 2014. This was a big moment for Changsha! It made Changsha the 18th city in mainland China to have its own rapid transit system. As of May 2020, more lines are being built to make the system even bigger.
