Charles Brown was born on February 28, 1939. He is a former amateur boxer from the United States. Charles Brown is famous for winning a bronze medal at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. He competed in the Featherweight boxing division. This division is for boxers who weigh up to 57 kilograms.
Before the Olympics, Charles Brown also won medals at the Pan American Games. He earned a silver medal in 1959 and a bronze medal in 1963. He was a boxer for the United States Marine Corps. Charles Brown never became a professional boxer.
