Charles McNeill Gray (born March 7, 1807 – died October 17, 1885) was an American politician. He served as the 15th Mayor of Chicago, Illinois, from 1853 to 1854. He was a member of the Democratic Party.

Charles Gray became the 15th Mayor of Chicago in 1853. He served one term, which lasted until 1854. The mayor is the top leader of a city government.
