Chioma Ikokwu, born on June 25, 1989, is widely known as Chioma Goodhair. She is a successful Nigerian businesswoman, a coach for leaders, and a fashion trendsetter. Chioma is a co-founder and the CEO of Good Hair Ltd. and Brass and Copper Restaurant & Lounge. She started these businesses with her partner, Kika Osunde. Many people also know her from the reality TV show, The Real Housewives of Lagos. This show is part of The Real Housewives series.

Early Life and Education
Growing Up in Lagos
Chioma Ikokwu was born in Lagos, Nigeria. Her parents are Agunze and Uche Ikokwu. She grew up in a supportive family environment.
University Studies
Chioma attended the University of Birmingham in England. She earned her first law degree, an LL.B, in 2010. Later, she continued her studies at the University of London. There, she earned a master's degree, an LL.M. Her master's studies focused on International Environmental Law and International Commercial Arbitration. This means she learned about laws that protect the environment across countries and how to solve business disagreements.
Career and Businesses
Starting Good Hair Ltd.
Chioma met her business partner, Kika Osunde, while they were both at the University of Birmingham. Chioma was very active in student life. She served as the Social Secretary for the University of Birmingham Afro Caribbean Society (ACS). After finishing her master's degree, Chioma worked briefly at a law firm in Lebanon. She then returned to Nigeria to attend law school there.
In 2009, Chioma and Kika started their hair and beauty company, Good Hair Ltd., in England. The business grew and moved to Nigeria in 2014. They created a special place called "The Good Hair Space." This space is a beauty hub where people can find many hair and beauty products and services.
Brass and Copper Restaurant
Chioma Goodhair is also a part-owner of Brass and Copper. This is a popular restaurant and bar located within The Good Hair Space. It is in Lekki, a busy area of Lagos. This shows her interest in different types of businesses.
Supporting New Businesses
Chioma is passionate about helping others succeed. She started the Chioma Ikokwu Start-up Fund Initiative. This fund helps small businesses get the money they need to start. It focuses on businesses that have new and exciting ideas. She also runs a special coaching program. In this program, she guides new business owners. She teaches them how to create a business, build their brand, and market their products or services.
