Chioma Ikokwu, born on June 25, 1989, is often called Chioma Goodhair. She is a successful Nigerian businesswoman and a coach for other business owners. Chioma helped start and is the boss (CEO) of two companies: Good Hair Ltd. and Brass and Copper Restaurant & Lounge. She created these businesses with her partner, Kika Osunde. Many people also know her from the reality TV show, The Real Housewives of Lagos.

Chioma Goodhair's Early Life and Education
Chioma Ikokwu was born in Lagos, Nigeria. Her parents are Agunze and Uche Ikokwu. She went to the University of Birmingham and finished in 2010. There, she earned a law degree called an LL.B.
Advanced Studies in Law
Later, Chioma continued her education. She earned another law degree, an LL.M, from the University of London. This degree focused on special areas of law, like international environmental law.
Chioma Goodhair's Business Journey
Chioma met her business partner, Kika Osunde, while they were both at the University of Birmingham. Chioma was very active there, serving as the Social Secretary for the Afro Caribbean Society.
Starting Her Career
After getting her Master's degree, Chioma worked briefly at a law firm. This firm was in Lebanon. She then returned to Nigeria to attend law school there.
Founding Good Hair Ltd.
In 2009, Chioma and Kika started their first business together. It was a hair and beauty brand called Good Hair Ltd. They began this company in England. In 2014, they moved the business to Nigeria.
The Good Hair Space
Chioma and Kika built a special place for beauty services. They called it "The Good Hair Space." This space brings together different beauty services. Chioma is also a part-owner of Brass and Copper. This is a restaurant and bar located inside The Good Hair Space in Lekki, Lagos.
Helping New Businesses Grow
Chioma also cares about helping others. She created the Chioma Ikokwu Start-up Fund Initiative. This program gives money to small businesses. It helps those with new and exciting ideas.
Coaching Future Entrepreneurs
Besides her businesses, Chioma runs a special coaching program. In this program, she teaches new business owners. She helps them learn how to create a business, build their brand, and market their products.
