Chocapic is a popular chocolate-flavored breakfast cereal. It is known as Koko Krunch in many parts of Asia and the Middle East. This yummy cereal is made by Nestlé and is sold in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Chocapic first came out in 1984. People in Portugal have been enjoying it since 1986.

What is Chocapic?

Chocapic cereal is made of wheat flakes that taste like chocolate. It's a whole grain cereal, which means it contains all parts of the grain. This makes it a good choice for breakfast. You can find Chocapic in different box sizes, like 30 grams or 375 grams.

The Chocapic Mascot

The cereal has a fun mascot named Pico. He is a dog who really loves chocolate! In Asia, he is known as Koko the Koala. Pico always talks about how yummy and chocolatey Chocapic tastes.

In some advertisements, Pico and a child work together to stop thieves from stealing the cereal. These ads also tell a fun story about how Chocapic was created. One story says that a balloon full of chocolate burst and landed in a field. This created the chocolatey cereal flakes!

Chocapic Duo

A newer version of the cereal, called Chocapic Duo, was created a few years ago. It has the usual chocolate-flavored flakes. But it also includes white chocolate-flavored flakes for a different taste.

Other Chocolate Cereals

Chocapic is similar in taste and texture to other chocolate cereals. These include Chocos by Kellogg's. It also shares similarities with Cocoa Krispies (known as Coco Pops or Choco Krispies in some places) and Cocoa Puffs (called Nesquik cereal outside North America).
