The Story of Chocky
Chocky: The First Adventure
The first series introduces us to Matthew Gore. He's a smart boy who starts talking to a mysterious voice. This voice belongs to an alien friend named Chocky. Chocky chooses Matthew to learn about life on Earth.
Thanks to Chocky, Matthew's schoolwork and art skills get much better. This makes some powerful groups suspicious. They want to find out where Matthew is getting his amazing knowledge from. They try to get to Chocky through Matthew.
Chocky's Children: A New Friend
A year after Chocky left, Matthew is enjoying his summer holidays. He meets a girl named Albertine. She is a genius at maths. Matthew soon discovers they can talk to each other using their minds, which is called telepathy.
One day, Chocky returns! The alien friend warns Matthew that he and Albertine are in danger. When Matthew goes to tell Albertine, he finds she has disappeared. Matthew must figure out what happened to her.
Chocky's Challenge: A Cosmic Plan
In the third series, Chocky has a big plan. With Matthew and Albertine's help, Chocky wants to teach humans about "cosmic power." This special energy is different from Earth's natural resources. It could last forever, just like the universe itself!
However, their special knowledge attracts a lot of attention. The military becomes very interested. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get this cosmic power for themselves. Matthew and Albertine must protect Chocky's secret.
