Chor Police (which means Thief and Police), also called Chor Sipahi, is a fun outdoor game. Kids in the Indian subcontinent have played it for a long time, maybe since the 1900s or even earlier! It's a role-playing game where players pretend to be different characters. The game usually has two teams: one team plays as the police, and the other plays as the thieves. There can be lots of players, with no real limit! The police team tries to chase and catch the thieves.

How to Play Chor Police

This game is all about cops and thieves! The main goal for the police team is to catch the thieves. When the police team catches all the thieves, that round is over. Then, the teams switch roles! The players who were police become the thieves, and the thieves become the police. This keeps going until everyone decides the game is finished.

Where Did Chor Police Come From?

The game of Chor Police is played in many different countries. Sometimes it has other names, and the rules might be a little different in each place. These rules are often made up by the local players themselves! No one really knows exactly when or where the game first started.
