Christopher Hugh Neal (born 1946) is an Australian musician, songwriter, and composer. He is well-known for creating music for many television shows and films. He has also worked as a record producer.
Chris Neal has written music for popular shows like Farscape and films such as Emerald City. He started his career in the 1960s and has been active ever since.
Music for Kids' TV Shows
In the 1980s, Chris Neal began composing music for children's television. He worked on several films from the "Winners" series. These were special TV movies produced by the Australian Children's Television Foundation.
This work led him to create music and songs for many other children's dramas. Some of these include Johnson and Friends, Lift-Off, Kaboodle, and Li'l Elvis and the Truckstoppers.
