Christiana Horton (born around 1696 – died around 1756) was a well-known English actress. She became famous for her amazing acting skills in London during the 1700s.

Christiana started her acting career in London in 1714. Her first big role was as Melinda in a play called The Recruiting Officer. She performed at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, which was a very famous theater at the time. She stayed there for twenty years! After that, she moved to another important theater, the Theatre Royal, Covent Garden, where she acted for another fifteen years.

During her long career, Christiana Horton played many different kinds of characters. She was great at both sad, serious roles (tragedy) and funny roles (comedy). A famous actor named Barton Booth, who first noticed her talent, even said she was the best actress to follow in the footsteps of another great actress, Anne Oldfield. Christiana Horton was also the very first actress to play the character Mariana in Fielding's play The Miser, which came out in 1733.
