Cicero is a small, unincorporated community located in Sumner County, Kansas, in the United States. An unincorporated community means it's a place where people live, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town does. Instead, it's usually managed by the county.
Cicero is found about 4 miles northeast of the city of Wellington. It's also about 2.5 miles east of where U.S. Route 81 crosses E 50th Ave N, right next to the railroad tracks.

Cicero once had its own post office. This post office first opened its doors in 1883. Having a post office was very important for a community, as it helped people send and receive letters and packages. However, the post office in Cicero eventually closed down in 1934.
