She will also return to the American Survivor for her 6th season, Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans, which is set to air in early 2026. This makes her the first person to play Survivor six times. Many people think she is one of the best Survivor players ever. They often say she is the best player who never won the American version. She won the first season of The Traitors on Peacock.

In 2023, Fields competed on Big Brother 25 with her son, Jared Fields. She finished in 5th place. Variety magazine named her one of the 40 Most Powerful Women on Reality TV in 2023.

Early Life and Career

Cirie Fields was born on July 18, 1970, in Jersey City, New Jersey. She spent some of her childhood in Norwalk, Connecticut. She has two sisters, Karla and Cicely, and a brother, Kenneth. Before becoming a TV star, she worked in different jobs. These included being a surgical assistant and a home care provider. She also worked in a candy factory and as a telemarketer.

Fields studied nursing at St. Francis Nursing School in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After getting her degree, she worked as a clinical coordinator. This was at Norwalk Hospital Surgical Center.

Cirie Fields on Survivor

Cirie Fields has played Survivor four times. She is also set to appear on Australian Survivor: Australia V The World and Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans. The show's host, Jeff Probst, has praised her. He said she was a "couch potato" who "got up off the couch to live their adventure."

Survivor: Panama

Fields first became known on Survivor: Panama — Exile Island. She was part of the Casaya tribe, which had the oldest women. She was almost the first person voted out. But she convinced her tribemates to vote someone else off. When the tribes merged, she was seen as one of the weaker players. However, she managed to stay in the game.

On Day 34, with only four players left, Cirie was in danger. She ended up in a fire-making challenge against Danielle DiLorenzo. The first person to build a fire high enough to burn a rope would stay. Cirie lost this challenge and was eliminated. She finished in fourth place. She was proud of how far she had come. At the final vote, she voted for Aras Baskauskas to win. During this season, viewers voted her the most popular player. She won a 2007 GMC Yukon pickup truck.

Survivor: Micronesia

Two years later, Cirie returned for Survivor: Micronesia — Fans vs. Favorites. She was on the "Favorites" tribe, made up of returning players. She joined an alliance with Amanda Kimmel, James Clement, and Parvati Shallow. She helped convince her alliance to vote out strong players.

After the tribes merged, Cirie became part of the "Black Widow Brigade." This was an all-female alliance. They made a plan to vote out Ozzy Lusth, a very strong player. The plan worked, and Ozzy was surprised. This alliance stayed strong. On Day 36, Erik Reichenbach won immunity. Cirie came up with a clever plan. She tricked Erik into giving his immunity necklace to another player. This led to Erik being voted out.

Cirie was very close to the end. But on Day 38, Amanda Kimmel won the final immunity challenge. Amanda felt Cirie was too strong to beat in the final vote. So, Cirie was eliminated in third place. She became the final member of the jury. She voted for Parvati Shallow to win the $1 million prize.

Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains

Cirie played Survivor for a third time on Heroes vs. Villains. She was on the Heroes tribe. She was targeted early by some players. But she survived the first vote. In Episode Two, she helped vote out Stephenie LaGrossa.

In Episode Four, Cirie tried to make a plan to vote out a strong player. But another player, J.T. Thomas, overheard her plans. At Tribal Council, J.T. betrayed his alliance. Cirie was voted out. She was the fourth person eliminated, finishing 17th.

Survivor: Game Changers

In 2017, Cirie returned for Survivor: Game Changers, her fourth time playing. She was on four different tribes during the season. She was the only player to reach the merge without going to a single Tribal Council. After the merge, she teamed up with Michaela Bradshaw.

On Day 35, another player, Sarah Lacina, had a special advantage. She let Cirie hold it as a sign of trust. But at Tribal Council, Cirie tried to use the advantage herself. She learned it could not be transferred to another player. Sarah was upset and voted out Cirie's ally, Michaela.

The next night, many players used hidden immunity idols or advantages. Cirie was the only one left without any form of immunity. She became the first player ever to be eliminated by default. This happened even though no one voted against her. She finished in sixth place. The jury members gave her a standing ovation when she was eliminated. At the Final Tribal Council, she voted for Sarah Lacina to win.
