Claudio Bisio (born March 19, 1957) is a famous Italian actor, presenter, and comedian. He is also a voice actor, director, and writer. Many people know him from his funny roles in movies and on TV.

Early Life

Claudio Bisio was born in Novi Ligure, a town in Italy. He grew up in Milan, a big city. He studied at a science high school. Later, he went to a drama school in Milan called Piccolo Teatro. This is where he learned to act.

Career

Claudio Bisio started his career in the theatre. He performed in both old and new plays. His first movie role was in 1983. It was a film called Come dire... (which means How to say...).

TV Shows and Comedy

Claudio became well-known on TV in 1998. He appeared on an Italian TV show called Zanzibar. He then became the main host of Zelig. This was a very popular Italian comedy show. He hosted Zelig for 13 years, from 1997 and then from 2000 to 2012.

Movie Roles

In 2009, Claudio acted in the movie Ex. For this role, he was nominated for a special award. It was called the David di Donatello award for best supporting actor.

He starred in some very popular Italian comedies. These include Benvenuti al Sud (Welcome to the South) in 2010. He also starred in Maschi contro femmine (Males vs Females) that same year. In 2011, he was in their sequels, Benvenuti al Nord (Welcome to the North) and Femmine contro maschi (Females vs Males).

Voice Acting

Claudio Bisio is also famous for his voice work. He is the Italian voice of Sid in the Ice Age movies. Sid is one of the main characters in the film series. He also voices Count Dracula in the Italian versions of the Hotel Transylvania movies.

Other TV Work

In 2014, it was announced that Claudio would join the jury of Italia's Got Talent. This is a talent show, and he was a judge for its sixth season in 2015.

Personal Life

Claudio Bisio is married to Sandra Bonzi. They have two children together. Their names are Alice and Federico. Claudio has said that he is an atheist. This means he does not believe in a god.
