Clover Stadium is a cool baseball park located in Pomona, New York. It's the home field for the New York Boulders, a professional baseball team that plays in the Frontier League. The stadium first opened its doors on June 16, 2011. It can hold about 6,362 fans, making it a great place to watch a game!
Besides the Boulders, several college baseball teams also play their home games here. The NCAA Division II St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartans and Dominican Chargers started playing at the stadium in 2012. More recently, the Manhattan Jaspers team, which plays in NCAA Division I, joined them in 2022.
The stadium has had a few different names over the years. It was first called Provident Bank Park. In 2016, it became Palisades Credit Union Park. Then, in 2022, it was renamed Clover Stadium, after the company's Clover payment system. In 2012, the stadium's design and building project even won an award!

Exciting Events at Clover Stadium
Clover Stadium isn't just for baseball; it hosts many other fun and interesting events!
Championship Baseball Games
The stadium has been the site of exciting championship baseball games.
- In 2014, it hosted games 3, 4, and 5 of the Can-Am League Championship Round. The Rockland Boulders played against the New Jersey Jackals. This was the first time championship games were held at the stadium.
- The Boulders also hosted championship games in 2016 against the Ottawa Champions.
- In 2017, they hosted the Québec Capitales for more championship action.
Halloween Fun: Field of Screams
Every October since 2015, Clover Stadium transforms for a special Halloween event called "Field of Screams." It's a spooky, fun-themed event perfect for children and families.
IceFest and Hockey Games
On February 28, 2016, the stadium hosted "IceFest 2016."
- An ice rink was set up right inside the baseball park!
- The St. Thomas Aquinas College men's ice hockey team played against Columbia University.
- This was a big moment because it was the first time a sport other than baseball was played at the stadium.
- Other local high school teams, like Nyack/Tappan Zee and Clarkstown North High School, also got to play on the outdoor rink.
All-Star Baseball Events
Clover Stadium has also been home to major baseball events for all-stars.
- On July 9, 2019, it hosted the Can-Am League/Frontier League Home Run Derby. This is where players show off their power by hitting as many home runs as possible.
- The very next day, July 10, 2019, the stadium welcomed the Can-Am League/Frontier League All-Star Game. This game features the best players from both leagues.
On TV: A Filming Location
The stadium even made an appearance on television! It was used as a filming location for an episode of the TV show Poker Face. In the episode "Hometown Hero," the park was called "Velvety Cheese Stadium."
