Collective Oregon Eateries, often called CORE, is a cool place in Portland, Oregon, United States. It's like a big outdoor food court. Instead of regular restaurants, it has many different food carts all in one spot! You can find all sorts of yummy food there.
History
Collective Oregon Eateries was created by two people. Their names are Hanry Ho and Mandy Kao. They opened this awesome food cart spot on June 5, 2021. They had actually planned to open it a bit earlier, back in 2018.
Over time, many different food carts have been part of CORE. Some of the businesses that have been there include:

- Chicken and Guns (This one closed in July 2021)
