Colonial Hills is a friendly neighborhood located in the northern part of East Point, Georgia. It's right next to Langford Parkway, which used to be called Lakewood Freeway. Just north of Colonial Hills, you'll find Fort McPherson, also known as Fort Mac. This military base is now closed. The neighborhood has many streets, including Chambers Avenue, Clermont Avenue, and Newnan Avenue.

The Colonial Hills Neighborhood Association, or CHNA, is a group of people who live in Colonial Hills. They volunteer their time to help make the neighborhood a better place. Their main goals are to help the community and educate people.
