Cooleeney Farm makes many kinds of cheeses. They use milk from both cows and goats. Their farm is located near Thurles in County Tipperary, Ireland.
The Maher family has been farming for a very long time, for four generations! They use milk from their own special Friesian cows to make their cheeses. All Cooleeney Farm cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet. This means no animal products are used to curdle the milk.

Cooleeney Farm creates seven different types of cheese. Five of these are made from cow's milk from their own farm. One cheese uses goat's milk from their farm. Another cheese uses goat's milk from a farm nearby.
