Curahuara de Carangas is a small town located in the country of Bolivia. It's part of the Oruro Department and is the main town of the Sajama Province. In 2009, about 1,581 people lived there. By 2012, the population grew to 4,184 people. The town is located high up, at an elevation of 3,914 meters (about 12,841 feet) above sea level.
