Cydthealee "Cyd" Alivio Demecillo (born December 2, 1993) is a talented Filipino volleyball player. She is known for her skills as an outside hitter.

About Cyd Demecillo
Cyd Demecillo was born on December 2, 1993, in Cebu, Philippines. She is the youngest of three daughters. Her sisters are Cydeshemee and Cydtishamee.
Family Business and Education
Since 2011, Cyd and her sisters have helped run their family business. It is a restaurant called Cydelicious Lechon Manok. Cyd finished high school at the University of Southern Philippines Foundation. There, she played volleyball as a middle hitter. In 2015, she earned a college degree in Sports Studies.
Cyd's Volleyball Journey
Cyd played for the De La Salle University's women's volleyball team. She competed in both indoor and beach volleyball. She was an outside hitter for the team.
College Career Highlights
Cyd first played in the UAAP Season 73. The UAAP is a major sports league for universities in the Philippines. She helped her team win the 2013 PVF Intercollegiate Volleyball Championship.
After playing for five years in the UAAP, Cyd won three championship titles. In Season 78, she had a knee injury. She was out for two weeks but came back strong. She played as a libero and then as an opposite spiker. Her return helped De La Salle University win the UAAP Season 78 Championship.
Beach Volleyball Success
In 2015, Cyd played beach volleyball with Kim Fajardo. They competed in the 18th Nestea Beach Intercollegiate Beach Volleyball tournament. They won the silver medal. Later that year, Cyd and Kim won the 2015 UAAP beach volleyball tournament. This was the first time De La Salle University had won this title!
Professional Play and Awards
Cyd also achieved success in the 2015 Philippine National Games. She was named the "1st Best Outside Hitter." Her team, De La Salle University, won the gold medal.
She then played professionally. In 2015, she joined the Meralco Power Spikers for the 2015 PSL Grand Prix Conference. In 2016, she played for F2 Logistics Cargo Movers. She helped them win their first Superliga championship in the 2016 PSL All-Filipino Conference.
