Serving in the Ohio House of Representatives

This group works on issues important to African-American communities. The Speaker of the House, Armond Budish, also made him the Chairman of the House Environment & Brownfields Development Committee. This committee works on protecting the environment.

Mallory was re-elected for a third time in 2010. He served on several committees. These included the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee. He also served on the Local Government Committee. Addressing Community Issues

In 2011, the city of Cincinnati faced a problem with bedbugs. Dale Mallory asked the United States Environmental Protection Agency for help. He wanted them to allow a certain pesticide to be used. This pesticide, called propoxur, could help fight the bedbugs.
