Damian David Harris (born August 2, 1958) is a British film director and screenwriter. He is known for directing movies and TV shows. Damian is the oldest son of the famous actor Richard Harris and socialite Elizabeth Rees-Williams.

His Career in Film
Damian Harris started his acting career early. In 1968, when he was just 10 years old, he appeared in the film Otley. Later, at 16, he was featured on his father's album, I, in the membership of my days, along with his brothers Jared and Jamie.
Damian went to Downside School in England. He then studied screenwriting at New York University in the United States. This helped him learn how to write stories for movies.
Becoming a Director
Damian began his directing journey with short films. These included Killing Time (which starred Eric Stoltz) and Greasy Lake. After these, he moved on to direct full-length movies. His first feature film was The Rachel Papers, which was based on a novel by Martin Amis. He has also directed episodes for several television series, bringing his storytelling skills to the small screen.

Damian Harris was born in London, England, on August 2, 1958. He is the oldest of three sons. His father was the Irish actor Richard Harris, and his mother was the Welsh actress Elizabeth Rees-Williams. His two younger brothers, Jared Harris and Jamie Harris, are also actors.
In 1981, Damian Harris married British actress Annabel Brooks. They had one daughter together named Ella. They later divorced. From 1997 to 2002, Damian lived with Australian model and actress Peta Wilson. They also had one child together, who was born in 2002.
