Dan Mori (Hebrew: דן מורי) was born on November 8, 1988. He is an Israeli footballer. He plays as a centre-back, which is a defensive position.

Playing for Clubs
Dan Mori has played for several football clubs during his career. He started playing when he was young.
Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv
Mori began his football journey at Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv. He joined the club when he was thirteen years old. In 2008, he moved up to the first team.
During the 2008–09 season, Mori scored his first goal in a European competition. This happened in a Europa League match. His team, Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv, won that game 4–0 against Dinaburg.
Mori also played in the final of the Israel State Cup. However, his team lost that match 3–1 to Hapoel Tel Aviv. Overall, Mori played 123 games for Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv and scored four goals.
Vitesse
In the summer of 2012, Mori moved to the Netherlands. He joined Vitesse Arnhem, a club in the Dutch Eredivisie league. He signed a three-year contract.
Mori made his first appearance for Vitesse on October 27, 2012. This was in a 2–2 draw against Groningen. However, he spent most of his time on the bench during his time at Vitesse. He did not get to play as much as he wanted.
In January 2014, Vitesse had a training camp in the United Arab Emirates. Mori was not allowed to enter the country because of his nationality.
Returning to Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv
On October 25, 2015, Dan Mori returned to play for Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv again.
Beitar Jerusalem
On June 9, 2016, Mori signed a two-year contract with Beitar Jerusalem.
Playing for His Country
Dan Mori has also played for the national teams of Israel.
In 2008, he was chosen to play for the Israel U21 squad. Two years later, in 2010, he was called up to the main Israel squad.
Mori made his debut for the senior national team on March 3, 2010. He came into the game as a substitute in the 70th minute. This match was a 2–0 win against Romania.
About His Life
In 2011, Dan Mori changed his first name from Dean to Dan. He made this change for religious reasons. A religious leader named Chaim Kanievsky helped him with this decision.
