Dario Dabac (born May 23, 1978) is a former professional Croatian footballer who played as a defender. After he stopped playing, he became a football manager.

Playing Career
Dario Dabac had an exciting football career, playing for many different clubs in several countries. He was known for his role as a defender, helping his teams protect their goal.
Starting in Croatia
Dabac began his professional journey in his home country, Croatia. From 1998 to 2001, he played for NK Zagreb. Later in his career, he returned to Croatia to play for HNK Rijeka and NK Nehaj.
Time in Germany
After playing in Croatia, Dario moved to Germany. He joined Dynamo Dresden in 2001 and stayed there for two years. He then played for 1. FC Union Berlin in 2003 and SpVgg Greuther Fürth in 2004. These teams competed in some of Germany's top football leagues.
Adventures in Austria and Japan
In 2005, Dabac moved to Austria to play for SV Ried. He spent two seasons with the club. After Austria, he traveled to Japan, joining Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 2006. He played there until 2008, experiencing a different style of football.
Playing in Kuwait and China

After retiring as a player, Dario Dabac transitioned into coaching and management. In 2018, he became a manager for Sichuan Jiuniu in China. Later, from 2020 to 2022, he worked as a sporting director for NK Istra 1961 in Croatia. A sporting director helps manage the club's football operations, including player transfers and team strategy.
