David Spencer Quall (January 26, 1936 – November 12, 2020) was an American teacher and politician. He was a member of the Democratic Party. From 1993 to 2011, he served in the Washington House of Representatives. This means he helped make laws for the state of Washington. He represented the 40th district.
About David Quall's Life
David Quall went to Seattle Pacific University. In 1974, he earned a special degree called a Master's Degree in Education. This degree helped him become a counselor and guide students.
