David Efianayi (born December 19, 1995) is an American basketball player. He plays as a guard for Petkim Spor in the Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) in Turkey. Before becoming a professional, he played college basketball at Gardner-Webb University.

Early Life and High School Basketball
David Efianayi was born in Manchester, Connecticut. He moved to Orlando, Florida, when he was in fifth grade and grew up there. He is 6 feet 2 inches (188 cm) tall and weighs 185 pounds (84 kg).
He played high school basketball at Ocoee High School in Ocoee, Florida. In his junior year, he was recognized as an All-County Honorable Mention by the Orlando Sentinel newspaper.
College Basketball Career
David played college basketball for Gardner-Webb University from 2015 to 2019. He was a key player for the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs team.
