Davis Weathersby (born around 1932) is a former American football coach and a college sports manager. He was the head football coach at Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, Mississippi. He coached for eight seasons, from 1970 to 1977. During his time, his team had a record of 33 wins and 45 losses.

Before becoming a coach, Weathersby played football at Alcorn Agricultural and Mechanical College. This school is now known as Alcorn State University. He played from 1952 to 1954.
