Day Valley's Past: Local History
Many of the first people who settled in Day Valley are buried in a small cemetery. This cemetery is in the Forest and Meadows neighborhood, at the corner of Meadow Road and Downing Drive. Some of these early settlers included members of the Day and Cox families. That's why Cox Road and Day Valley Road are named after them!
