Deante' Van Hitchcock (born March 10, 1993) is an American rapper from Riverdale, Georgia. He first became known for his music after releasing three mixtapes, which are like unofficial albums that artists give away for free. These were called 19 Summers (2012), Wishful Thinking (2015), and Good (2016).
In 2016, he got a lot of attention online for a series of freestyle raps he posted every week. Freestyling is when a rapper makes up lyrics on the spot. His talent led him to sign with the record labels ByStorm and RCA Records in 2017. His first official album, Better, came out on May 13, 2020.
